cranberry orange mocktail with montellier (#partner)

See this content in the original post

I love pairing it with one of my other holiday favourites....a charcuterie board! They’re so fun to make, and also so easy to do ahead of time so that you’re not stressed out right before your guests arrive. I’m all about making the holidays as stress-free as possible! Add in a fresh baguette and some fancy crackers, and you’re all set.

Cranberry Orange Mocktail

Yields: 6-8 servings

Orange cranberry syrup

3/4 cup white granulated sugar

1 cup water

2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)

1 navel orange, sliced

1⁄2 tablespoon fresh, grated ginger

3-5 Montellier unflavoured Sparkling Water Slim Cans

Optional garnish:

Fresh rosemary sprigs

Fresh cranberries

To make

In a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar and water and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes to combine, then add in cranberries, orange slices, and fresh ginger. Reduce temperature to medium, and cook for 15-20 minutes, until cranberries have cooked down and mixture is very fragrant. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Strain and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.

Mocktail Assembly

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of orange cranberry syrup to each glass. Fill cup with Montellier sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a couple cranberries if desired. Serve immediately.

Happy mocktail making!
