maroon pants and apple trees

Alas, apple picking season is now over!  Although part of me is sad, a greater part of me is relieved.  It has been a crazy early and beautiful season for us, which we are incredibly thankful for, but our busy season is nearly over now, and November brings the promise of rest!

I just love the view of apple trees burdened down with glorious fruit!  It's pretty amazing what these little trees can do.  Since we had such a hot Summer, a lot of our apples got a lot more colour than normal, which was just so pretty!
